The Homelessness Monitor: England, by Crisis and Heriot-Watt, Now Published

Oxford, 23rd October, 2023

The homelessness monitor England 2023

The Homelessness Monitor: England is a key report. It’s published every year, and run by Crisis. The 2023 edition is out.

The study looks at changes in England’s economy or policies, and how these affect homelessness. It takes stock of how things look today. It compares this with the 5 previous years. Included are trends and forecasts. These might hint at how the picture is changing. In turn this data can be used for other things—like planning, or campaigns.

This year Heriot-Watt University led the work.
