Service Description
Oxfordshire County Council welcomes everyone to all of their 44 libraries. It is free to join the library and you just need one form of I.D. No address is needed.
Both guests and library members are welcome to the onsite computers free of charge. There is free WiFi and all libraries across the County are safe places to visit and have a warm and welcoming environment.
There are also of course a wide variety of books which are free to borrow.
