Key functions & activities offered
Mental Health
We provide one-to-one support using evidence-based therapies, emotional literacy tools, and self-management strategies to help young people manage a wide range of complex mental health challenges.
Counselling
Our qualified therapists offer long-term talking therapies to support young people with issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
Education, Employment & Apprenticeship Guidance
We offer personalised mentoring and coaching to help young people stay in education, access alternative learning options, or take steps toward employment or apprenticeships. The focus is on building confidence, motivation, and practical next steps.
Homelessness Support & Foodbank
We support young people with navigating the housing system, including form-filling, referrals, and access to phones and computers. Our foodbank is available by appointment for households with someone aged 13–25.
Family Mediation
We offer confidential mediation to help young people and their families repair relationships and reduce conflict. Facilitated by impartial mediators, sessions provide a safe space to explore challenges and agree on constructive ways forward.
