Eligibility & Referral
Age range 13-25. Referral via website.
Service Description
Support all young people aged between 13 and 25 with a range of services in the following core areas, all known to help prevent the route causes of youth homelessness:
- Therapeutic Counselling and Wellbeing
- Mental Health Services
- Training and Employability
- Housing and Homelessness Advice
A food bank for young people is also available. Other opportunities exist for learning skills and for leisure pastimes.
Key functions & activities offered
Mental Health
Counselling, and other one to one interventions, using evidence-based therapies, emotional literacy, and self-management tools to support a range of complex challenges.
NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training)
One-to-one mentoring and coaching to help young people develop self-confidence and self-esteem, stay in education, access alternative provisions, or become work ready.
Homelessness Support & Foodbank
Access to phones, computers or support with the housing process. They are happy to provide a foodbank on request—by appointment only. They ask that someone in the household is within their 13-25 age range.
Family Mediation
Their mediation service is a confidential process where young people and their families are encouraged to explore and understand any differences they may have.
