General advice
If you are concerned about someone who is experiencing rough sleeping, or you are concerned for yourself, your first port of call should be the outreach team, OxSPOT in Oxford and Connection Support outside the city.
To give details about someone experiencing rough sleeping–including their location–call OxSPOT during office hours on 07590 862049 or email on Outreach.Oxford@mungos.org
Please note that OxSPOT is not an emergency service but will follow up all calls and emails as soon as possible. If you believe someone’s health is in immediate danger, please call 999.

You can also report a concern through the StreetLink website or app. If you fill out the form, there is an option to agree to your personal details being shared with local services if they need to contact you for further information. You also have the option to be told of any outcome of your alert by email.
If you have a bed in supported accommodation, please speak to your support worker.
