The Oxford Community Soup Kitchen, more commonly known as Ma Smith's was set up and is run by Icolyn Smith MBE.
The charity—Icolyn Smith Foundation—works with the homeless and vulnerable in Oxford City serving meals and offering company once a week in East Oxford.
