A mixture of drop-in advice and appointments is available between 9:30am and 4pm from Monday to Thursday.
Service Description
Based at the heart of the Rose Hill and Donnington communities, the centre works with local residents looking for help and advice with benefits, housing and debt problems.

Advice
Advice on benefits, housing and debt problems is available at the following days and times:
Monday - drop-in advice 9.30am-12.30pm, appointments 1.30-4pm
Tuesday - appointments 9.30am-12.30pm, drop-in advice 1.30-4pm
Wednesday - drop-in advice 9.30am-12.30pm
Thursday - appointments 9.30am-12.30pm, drop-in advice 1.30-4pm
Phone lines open 9am - 4.30pm Mon-Thurs
Outreach advice
- Donnington Community Centre, Townsend Square - the first Tuesday of each month, 11am - midday
- St Luke's Church, Canning Crescent - the second Wednesday of each month, 10.30-11.30am
- Edith Kempson House, Chapel Lane, Littlemore - the third Thursday of each month, 10.30-11am
