Service Description
A student led volunteer initiative providing their service during Oxford University term times only.
Working as part of the student led Oxford Students Social Action Coalition (OSSAC) which also includes New College Curry Runner (NCCR) and Turl Street Homeless Action (TSHA).
Key functions & activities offered
The group carries out the following activities to help people who are street homeless in Oxford city:
- Handing out water bottles
- Distributing warm meals
Any unclaimed meal boxes are taken to the Gatehouse to be distributed as part of their evening service.
