Dogs On The Streets (DOTS) to offer dog clinic at The Porch 28th April

Dogs on the Streets at The Porch

Charity Dogs On The Streets, DOTS for short, will offer a much-needed dog clinic at The Porch Day Centre on Friday 28th April, 2023.

Manager Guy Scotece said, “This is a great opportunity for our vulnerable clients that have dogs to get them looked over by a vet. We are hoping that this will be the first of many surgeries with DOTS [and] we will keep you up to date with any developments.”

Michelle Clark had already been running a street outreach programme for 6 years, tending to the needs of the homeless with dogs, when she launched DOTS in 2016. It now operates weekly in London, but offers services in other major cities in the hope of expansion.

To take advantage of the clinic, if you are or have been homeless or vulnerably housed, take your pooch to The Porch for 12 noon. The clinic finishes 3pm.
